Whether you have been recently diagnosed with Hepatitis B, have been living with the condition, or are caring for someone who has Hepatitis B, knowledge is the key step towards making decisions that can positively influence your health and well-being.

Managed by a qualified team of doctors and nurses, Hepatitis B Total Care (HBTC) deals with all aspects of health, and aims to empower patients with resources to enable them to take charge of their health and prevent disease. The comprehensive and relevant range of services makes it a convenient, one-stop resource centre for patients to receive up-to-date information about the disease, treatments available, financial assistance (for eligible patients) and also receive social support.

Patient Education
  • Talks and Forums - HBTC aims to educate, provide support and resources for patients, their family members and friends, as well as members of the public who wish to know more about Hepatitis B.

  • Newsletters - HBTC provides free educational materials and updates about Hepatitis B twice a year.

Social Support
  • Hepatitis B Community of Friends - You can join this support group where members share common experiences and problems with one another.

  • Counselling - Our trained staff are on hand to listen and to talk to you.

Treatment
  • Follow-up programme at the University Digestive Centre (UDC)

  • HBTC provides up-to-date information about Hepatitis B medication, treatment, therapy and diet.

Financial Assistance
  • MOH's Health Services Development Programm (HSDP) - Eligible patients stand to receive government subsidy for their Hepatitis B treatment.

Research and Clinical Trials
  • Patients will be able to participate in our research projects that aim to discover more about Hepatitis B and bring about better treatments.
